At The Perfect Stitch, we specialise in made-to-order clothing tailored specifically to your size and style preferences. As each item is created just for you, we do not offer refunds or accept returns on any orders.

 

Custom-Made Orders

All pieces are produced based on the exact details and measurements provided at the time of order. Since each item is made exclusively for you, it cannot be resold or reused — therefore, all orders are final and non-refundable.

 

Providing Accurate Measurements

To ensure a proper fit, we highly recommend submitting correct and complete measurements. If you’re unsure about how to take your measurements, please contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram before placing your order — our team is happy to assist.

 

 

Product Quality

We thoroughly check each order for quality and finishing before dispatch. If, in the rare case, you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

Exceptions

We do not accommodate returns, refunds, or exchanges — except in the rare event of a verified manufacturing fault. In such cases, you must notify us within 1 day of receiving the order, and we’ll guide you on the next steps.
